APPLYING FOR A LIBRARY CARD

To apply for a library card, you must present identification with your current address on it.  If your driver's license does not have your current address, you must have proof of address besides your picture id. You must agree to give immediate notice of any change of address, phone, or name.

Parents are responsible for their children's fines and materials. A parent/guardian must sign for children under 18 years of age.
